I initially e-mailed to request a telephone consultation and was contacted incredibly promptly, subsequently a face to face session was organised, all within a few days.  Vicky took time to listen carefully me, made me feel comfortable discussing my symptoms and gave me very helpful advice. She suggested onward referral for further assessment by a gynaecologist may be useful and provided me with a detailed accurate referral letter, all at short notice.

I began to experience urinary leaking, or as I call it, a little bit of wee coming out, after having my baby. I didn’t think I was doing my pelvic floor exercises very well as I have never been shown. Vicky was able to help me in two sessions which I was thrilled with.
